Sometimes it’s all about having fun. And with SAPÈL and BRENSO, it’s A LOT of fun!

Simply patch the Random Clock out to the Ping input, then route the S&H out to the four Timbre parameters through the Timbre Modulation Bus.

Then, sit back and enjoy this ever-changing rhythm!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 BRENSO
  • 1 SAPÈL

DIRECTIONS

  1. Patch BRENSO’s Final output to your favorite output section.
  2. Set SAPÈL’s yellow Random Clock in ‘Less Than’ mode.
  3. Patch SAPÈL’s Random Clock output to BRENSO’s Ping input.
  4. Patch SAPÈL’s yellow S&H to BRENSO’s Timbre Mod input, and adjust the level to taste.
  5. Patch SAPÈL’s green Fluctuating output to BRENSO’s Timbre Mod CV input, and andjust the attenuverter.
(This will randomly change the amount of modulation going to the four parameters of the Timbre section. We used the green fluctuating output because we want our yellow one to be in charge of the Global Rate of Change.)
  6. Set the attenuators of the four semi-normalized parameters of the Timbre section (Triangle Shaper, Pulse Shaper, Source, Wavefolder) to taste.
(Their level will determine the amount of modulation coming from SAPÈL through the Timbre Mod bus.)
