Let’s start exploring the force loop input on FALISTRI! If the generator is set to Transient or Hold, a gate high signal patched to this input will force it to the Loop behavior. If we use an LFO that we patched elsewhere, it can start and stop a second LFO, creating some rhythmic interconnections. That’s what we did today!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 FALISTRI
  • 1 BRENSO

DIRECTIONS

  1. Patch BRENSO’s Final output to your favorite output section.
  2. Set the green oscillator’s frequency range to Low.
  3. Open the Modulation Bus VCA.
(The green LFO will now modulate the Timbre parameters.)
  4. Set one of FALISTRI’s generator to Transient.
  5. Patch BRENSO’s green square wave output to FALISTRI’s Force Loop input.
(It will now make the generator loop whenever it’s high).
  6. Patch the generator’s unipolar output to any other BRENSO’s Timbre parameter.
(The result will be a second LFO that starts every half cycle of the main one. Adjust the time scales accordingly!)
